SPAM

Instructions for Netscape Users:

1. Select the message that you wish to see the headers of by double clicking on it with the moust. Once selected click on View located at the top window. This will display a menu. Click on it"Item Document Source" located within this menu.
    
2. This will open a new window that contains the message displayed with full headers. Left click on the mouse and hold at the bottom of the text and then drag the mouse to the top of the text. As you do this, the text will become highlighted. When all the text is highlighted release the mouse button.
    
3. Copy the highlighted text by pressing the "Ctrl" key and the "c" key at the same time.
    
4. Close the window containing the message and full headers.
    
5. Click on the "Forward" button to forward the unsolicited message to spam@telepak.net. (DO NOT SEND MESSAGE AT THIS POINT).
    
6. Paste the full message including headers into the body of the message above the forward message. To do this, place the cursor in the body of the email and press "Ctrl" and "v" at the same time.
    
7. Your message should have the copied headers into the body.
    
8. Make sure that the original message is included and that you're not just sending the headers.
    
9. Send the message.
