Instructions for Outlook Express Users:

  1. Select the message that you wish to see the headers of and right click on it with the mouse. Then left click on "Properties".
     
  2. When the "Properties" box opens, use the mouse to left click on the "Details" tab at the top of the window.
     
  3. Use th emouse to left click and hold at the bottom of the text and drag the mouse to the top of the text. As you do this the text will become highlighted. When all the text is highlighted release the mouse button.
     
  4. Use the mouse to right click on the highlighted text. A smaller menu will pop-up. On this menu use the mouse to left click on "copy".
     
  5. Click the "OK" button.
     
  6. Now, with the unsolicited email selected, simply click on the "Forward" button. When you do this the message will be forwarded without the full headers. The headers will need to be pasted into the body of the message. To do this, use the mouse to right click the body section of the email and then left click and select "Paste" from the pop-up menu. This will paste the copied headers to the message.
     
  7. Make sure that the original message is included and that you are not just sending the headers.
     
  8. Send the message to spam@telepak.net
