| 1. | Double click the My Computer icon on the desktop. |
| 2. | Double click the Dial-up Networking folder.

| 3. | Double click the Make New Connection icon. |
| 4. | Under Type a name for the computer you are dialing, type Telepak.net. |
| 5. | Under Select a modem, verify that the correct modem is selected. |
| 6. | Click the Next button. |
| 7. | In the area code and Telephone number text boxes, type the area code and local Telepak.net access number. Click the link to get the local access number. |
| 8. | Click the Next button. |
| 9. | Click the Finish button, and you will be returned to the Dial-up Networking folder. |
| 10. | Right click on the Telepak.net icon and left click once on Properties. |
| 11. | Uncheck the box that says Use Country code and area code.
 |
| 12. | Click the Ok button, and again you will return to the Dial-Up Networking folder. |
| 13. | Right click on the Telepak.net icon and left click once on Create Shortcut. (The same way as you did for number 10.) |
| 14. | A message will pop up that reads: Windows cannot create a shortcut here. Do you want the shortcut to be placed on the desktop instead? Click the Yes button.

| 15. | Close all open windows and the new Shortcut to Telepak.net should appear on the desktop. |
