Changing the access number
(including adding the area code)
For: Windows 95/98 | Windows XP
| 1. | Click on Start button. |
| 2. | Click on Control Panel. (on the right side) |
| 3. | From the Pick a category click on Network and Internet Connections. |
| 4. | Under the phrase "or pick a Control Panel Icon" click the Network Connections icon. |
| 5. | Right click on the Telepak.net icon. |
| 6. | Go to Properties. |
| 7. | In the Phone number field remove the old number and type the new access number. If in 601 area code, make sure to type 601 in area code field. You must have 10-digit dialing for it to call correctly. |
| 8. | Click the OK button. |
| 9. | Your number is changed. |
